By accessing or using the Guardian platform operated by USE GUARDIAN AI LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Description of Service
Guardian provides a DeFi protection and insurance platform. Our services include smart contract coverage, risk assessment tools, and related blockchain-based services. All services are provided on an "as is" basis.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding agreement to use our services. By using Guardian, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and credentials. You agree not to use our platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable regulations, including anti-money laundering and sanctions laws.
5. Risks
Blockchain-based services involve inherent risks, including but not limited to smart contract vulnerabilities, market volatility, and regulatory uncertainty. You acknowledge and accept these risks when using our platform.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Shield Protocol UG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Berlin, Germany.
